I’ve won Modern Drummer Magazine’s 2014 Readers Poll as “Metal Drummer of the Year”! I feel very lucky to have friends and fans like you that have helped me receive this honor once again! The magazine even notes in the award letter and plaque how vocal and supportive the community (you!!!) around me is.
It’s hard to believe that after starting to play drums at 21 that I would even be in the running for something like this. I’m very proud to actually have several (4) of these awards now. It means so much to me to know the hard work I’ve put into my art has had you take note.
